Data and account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, send an email to info@solar.com.tr from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request", and state the name of the application.
After we verify your request, we will delete your account and the personal data we hold about you and confirm by email. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
- —Deleted: your account, profile and contact details, and the measurement or health data linked to your account.
- —Retained where legally required: a minimal set of records we must keep to meet legal, tax, or medical-device quality obligations. These are stored securely and deleted once no longer required.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure development practices aligned with our ISO 13485 quality-management system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our services may be operated using infrastructure located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our applications are intended for professional and adult use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
